Q. How can I get a sample of an item?
A. We do not provide 'free' samples. However we understand the need to see and try a product before placing a larger order.
With that in mind we offer a credit on a large order for the difference in price between the smaller order. Plus a credit for standard shipping on the sample order (up to $4)
Just call us when you are ready to place the large order and we instruct you on how to redeem this credit.
Q. I am afraid to use my credit card online, can I order by telephone?
A. Yes, 800.332.5397 for credit cards or prepay orders
Q. We are a tax-exempt organization, can we order online?
A. Yes, of course. Currently we are required and authorized to collect sales tax in New York State ONLY.
You must register for an account HERE , then, send us the correct tax form and contact us to set you up as tax exempt. (as of Nov 23, 2020 we have a new provider and must re-do tax info. for all customers)

If you are are purchasing items for RESALE, please please fill out a completed and signed NYS ST-120 form.

We will remove the tax from your order once we receive this form.
Q. Can we be billed for products?
A. We can only accept purchase orders from Public Schools and Government Organizations that allocate guaranteed budgeted funds. You may fax a purchase order to 1-800 329-5397. Due to the amount of additional paperwork involved, we ask that the minimum order be $100.00
For all others we would require a complete credit application with a credit card back-up. Call us for details.
Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. We try to ship all orders placed by 1pm (eastern time) within one business day of the order (custom engraved orders take 3-5 days to be made). Depending on shipping method and your location, it should take no more than 7-10 days to arrive (many arrive sooner). Next Day and Two Day service is available at an additional charge and may be selected at checkout.
Q. What are your hours?
A. We are open Monday thru Friday 10am - 5pm. We are closed most major holidays. Orders may be placed at any time, we will fill them the next regular business day.
Q. I have a problem with an order I received what should I do?

Q. I need a special item, or a large quantity.

Q. I need to cancel an order.
A. Most orders are shipped the same day, therefore it is usually not possible to cancel an order. You may return items at your expense for a credit.

SALES TAX
SHIPPING TO NEW YORK
Sales Tax is Collected in our home state of NEW YORK only as required by law. Tax rate is calculated based on YOUR shipping location.
Tax Exempt organizations, or items being purchased for resale within NEW YORK state require us to have your sales tax exemption form on file - Please see FAQ above or Fax to 631-261-5364.
ALL OTHER STATES:
We are not required to collect sales tax outside of NEW YORK state. You may be required to pay tax to your home state (check local laws)
Outside the US
You are responsible for all duties / fees / taxes / VAT or whatever in your own country upon the products arrival.

We have been in the key accessory business since 1976 and online here since about 2009. Keyring.com is based in Long Island, NY. Every item we sell is stocked by us, manufactured by us or made for us. We do not use 'drop ship' vendors. Most items are shipped the same day from our facility in New York.
