Okays Key Safe Nickel Plated

They don't last forever--but for 7-10 years of service--I am completely satisfied! I bought my first OKAY'S keyholder for belts at a local locksmith’s shop. It was a nickel-plated Key Safe. The metal of the spring latch broke about seven-ten years later. I worked in a juvenile detention center. Everything required a key, and I accessed the keys from my belt clip at least 15 times per hour. That was about 109,000 to 156,000 uses, or double that if I count each removal and return of my key ring from/to the clip separately. After all those years, I could not find a replacement of my Key Safe in my local stores. I reluctantly bought a substitute at a hardware store but ordered another OKAY’s Key Safe as soon as I found Keyring.com. I received it quickly and was glad to see it was just like my first one. When I retired after 24 years, I was still using my second Key Safe. It later wore out while I was working a part-time job. I retrieved the substitute keyholder from my junk drawer but found the OKAY’S at Keyring.com again. I ordered, received clear communication from the company, and received the Key Safe quickly. For a belt-held keyholder, smooth-working and secure, I am probably set for life now.

I bought one of these 43 years ago when I started a new job. I've worn it almost every day since. It is just now showing signs of wear so I replaced it with a new one. It may not last forever but it's close!

As a 69 year old retired state trooper I have been accustomed to carrying my keys on my belt and still do using the Okays Key Safe everyday for several decades now. Would use no other because I want dependability!

My 20+ year old Okay's Key Safe finally broke, and I wanted another. Other brands I saw at local Hardware stores were bulkier, and needed a thinner key ring. Buy the one that's Okay.

My father & my grandfather were locksmiths in central WA for decades. I recently found the one that my father used to use. Lots of wear on it, but still works great! He was a locksmith in 1972 when I was born & using it then. I am buying another because I like looking at this one & seeing the wear marks from decades of use. I'm tired of getting holes in my Levi's where my keys rub all day at work.

I was looking for a replacement Okay's key safe, not because mine failed, but because I was afraid they may become unavailable at some point. I wish I worked as well after 30 years!
